Donate to the Youth Conservation Corps
Your contribution directly supports programming, staffing, crew stipends, tools, travel, safety—and fun! You can choose to donate to the YCC Endowment Fund for long-term sustainability or, to meet immediate needs, donate to YCC's current operating budget at the San Juan Islands Conservation District.
GiveOrcas Campaign, May 12-21
Our goal is to raise $10,000 in 10 days to support our Orcas Youth Conservation Corps. Please consider a donation to ensure that our Orcas youth continue to access, explore, and restore our cherished public lands, and to help guarantee a livable island for every member of this beautiful ecosystem we share. Every penny raised during this campaign will directly impact the 2026 summer season- funding crew member stipends, camping equipment, work tools, and educational materials. Projects planned include: repairing trails at Moran State Park, seeding eelgrass in nearshore environments, and conducting tree ring analyses on Turtleback Mountain. Thank you for investing in our next generation of island stewards!

Youth Conservation Corps Endowment Fund - San Juan Island Community Foundation
YCC is embarking on an ambitious campaign to establish a $1.5 million endowment by 2030, ensuring program stability for generations. The fund is being held at the San Juan Island Community Foundation, but is not restricted to supporting only the San Juan Island crew, so donors from other islands are encouraged to contribute to this fund, too. Donations can be made in many ways such as cash, publicly traded stocks and bonds, treasury notes, and more. A tax receipt will be provided by the Community Foundation. EIN: 91-1648730.
Youth Conservation Corps Fund - San Juan Island Community Foundation
This fund is designed for supporters who wish to help meet YCC’s immediate needs while giving through the Community Foundation, which offers greater flexibility in how donations are received.
